Best Paper of the Session Won by Ms. Gayani Jayatunga and Prof Padma Amarasinghe

The Technical paper titled “Mathematical Modeling of Drying Kinetics of Black Pepper in a Spouted Bed Dryer with and without Non Porous Draft Tubes” authored by Ms. Gayani Jayatunga and Prof. Padma Amarasinghe of the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering was declared as the best paper of the session at the 2nd International Conference on “Trends in Multidisciplinary Business and Economic Research” (TMBER- 2015) held in Bangkok Silom, Thailand from 25th -26th March 2015. This research work and the visit to attend the conference were funded by the Higher Education for Twenty First Century (HETC) project.
